Just kidding....

Got my rear spoiler back on today after having it painted black. Here are a few ****ty nightime pics of the car in my garage (and filthy, hard to wash it when there are 6 holes in the trunklid)

I am pretty pleased. Cost me 100 bucks to have it done, and if anything needs touched up he will do it for free. He also fixed some of the nicks I had in the spoiler.

More to come with the car clean and in daylight.

BTW, since when can you only put up 400 KB total of upload in the pictures?? I thought it was for each pic? Had to shrink em way down from the 7.2 MP

that looks good, it matches with the side mirrors, bumper inserts and your tint. black rims would look sweet with your car.

You are the 2nd person to say that, but I am just not sure. If I think of it, I might try to mock it up like that and see how it looks.

i was thinking of doing something similar.. i have a bright atlantic blue gt vert.. and the top is black.. and i put the bumper inserts (black).. i want black rims..

quick question. did you paint the "GT" emblem black? it looks like it.. i want a black GT emblem, but in your pic you could hardly tell what it says..

We did it on the Mrs' 2000 and it made SUCH a difference.

Those are factory stripes from Ford. It was part of a "springtime edition" package that included shiny rims (instead of the dull painted ones), the hood stripes, the front hoodscoop (its a 2000, they came out in 01), the faux brake scoops, and the black inserts

I am pretty sure you could acutally buy them right from the ford dealer, but I dunno. They are stickers BTW

Yeah, looks good. Move the spoiler back and it'll look great. Get some Black DD rims on there to compliment it all. Those silver ones look out of place now.
