anyone with tinted tail lamps
I was just looking at my local laws and i want to make sure my lamps are legal (the cops around here aren't too friendly) The laws say that the rear lamps have to be clearly visible for 500 ft and the reflectors (without the light on) need to be visible up to 300 ft. Can yall tell me if yours are visible from that distance and also, what kind (blackout or 50%), and where you got them.
Thanks

Was there a website that you went to that listed all the laws for particular states/counties?
I have been wondering the same thing and have asked several times with no response. I guess a google search might turn up some answers, but it's difficult at times to sort through the billion irrelevant links. Plus im lazy.

A shot in the dark, but I'm moving to the Portland area...more specifically to Vancouver, WA.
Anyone know if I would see any problems if I went with the blackouts for all the lights? I have no problems going with 50% tint, but blackouts are better!

I went to google and searched "minnesota vehicle laws" The state trooper website came up and i looked around in there. Looking for state trooper websites would probably be the best.

I asked the guys at autobadges.com about the laws and they said they couldn't say if they showed that far or not.
And are those any good or should i spend more to have them done. What about their fog lights and front lights?
