Default Throttle Body Spacer

Does a throttle body spacer really work? I decided against the Header/x-pipe combo and decided to get an O/R X-Pipe with BBK 75mm TB and Plenum, will a throttle body spacer improve this setup, or is it really only good for stock applications? -Thanks

Not sure about the TB spacer...I ran a plenum spacer on the S/C 2000GT.

Noticeable difference? Worth the money, they seem cheap so if they perform close to as advertised (2-4mpg increase) then they should pay for themselves in a hurry.
