im going to be getting the 17x10.5 deep dish wheels and i was wondering what 's the least widest size of tire i can put on them?i dont want to do the 315's too much tire.
my fronts will be 245/45/17.
If you go with a 10.5 wheel don't you need spacers or something??

A local tire guy was saying that 10.5s won't fit on my car without something ???
No, you don't need spacers.. That would be for the cobra guys with the IRS.

If you are not going to put 315's on the back buy a 9 inch wide rim. Don't buy a large rim and try to stretch some small tires on it, it just doesn't come out right.
you can put a 315 tire on a 9 inch rim?

^^ No, I was telling him to buy a 9 inch wide rim if he does not want to run the 315's for the rear.

Nope and you can run bigger than 315's. I was told my 335's would never fit. Well, they do and I still have my quad shocks.
But you did roll the fender lips. LOL

Hey, I get about $1,000 to play with once our refund is in. I'm thinking gears and wheels (17x9/17x10.5) or gears and cat back. Thoughts code?
