i'd LOVE to see that. it's rare to see a stock 5 speed hit a 14.0 or 13.9, let alone a stock auto.

you do understand that those times in magazines, especially an obviously pro-ford magazine are the BEST that a professional driver could turn out...in ideal conditions...also, does it say where they tested those cars? altitude has alot to do with times as well...
steeda3, what does your car run? i dont see a slip in the timeslips section...
also, just to help some people here, i have included two pictures, one is of an ACTUAL timeslip, and the second, does NOT COUNT as a timeslip... even if you have the exact car which was tested in the second picture, it still doesnt count!

RE: is 13's in the question
Man some of you fellas will argue with a sign post. I've seen several auto GT's run very low 14's here in seattle and even in Mississippi. Trying to knock someone's else work is pretty gay if you ask me
That fella i think ran those times in New England. I once wrote Evan Smith about 2 years ago and asked him what i would need to run 13's bone stock. He told me all i need to do was learn how to drive that thing because their already in the 13's....He gave me techniques on how to launch it and some really good shifting technigues.....After testing this out on the street for nearly 3 day's, I went to the track and ran a 13.93@100.1 over the next 3 pass why worst time was a 14.1@98 so i know 13's are fairly easily maintained. Feel free to write him yourself.....
I know it might sound a bit corney but those fellas up there know their $hit.

Those fellas aren't pro mustang guys......Their car guys period....Those fellas were the first ones to get the LS1 SS to run a 12.7-12.8 bone stock....Their goal is to get the best out of every car....
I no longer own my GT I sold it a while back....

It all started with you saying it was common for a 99+ auto GT to hit 14.0 which is not ture in the least bit. Ok sure, it can be done and has been done a few times, but it is in no way common.
