when I got my tuner, I could tell a difference in power at low rpms, about 1500-2500, and the shifts felt faster.

I would say about 15-20rwhp. With those 3 mods and a tune, thats the way to go, now just get some 4.10 gears.

How good are 4.10s in rain because right now my tires just don't hook up, I am going like 10 mph when it rains with stock gears and I know people asked this but is the gas mileage really bad with 4.10s.

Okay it sounds like it will feel a little better, that's what I was really hoping for. I was actually supposed to get 4.10's this past Friday but between the car battery dying and some other stuff I am going to have to wait a little longer.[&o]

You won't feel much of a difference. All the restriction is in your exhaust rather than your intake.

I did nothing for intake mods on my 02 GT and still ran sub 14's with just exhaust and gears. IMO, it's a waste of money if you are on a budget.

The exhaust will be finished hopefully by the summer, LT's, LM1's and a catted X. I just wanted to do the easier ones first. I'm lazy like that.[:-]

Good stuff. You'll feel a bigger gain from the exhaust work.

not to mention that sense of pride that comes from starting a Mustang with aftermarket exhaust

brings a smile to my face EVERY time

I just got my tuner for my 02 Auto GT. It will wake your car up that's for sure, especially if you have an auto. I get sideways all the way through first gear and when it shifts to second. Haven't been fast enough to shift into 3rd yet. (Just got the tuner a few days ago, and I haven't ran it up to 80 yet.) Best bang for my buck yet. My research shows most stangs see 15 hp gain with the timing all the way up.

I know, I only have Super 40's and I love the sound. I can't even imagine a full exhaust!
