Default Steeda wing?

Does anyone know if the Steeda street wings bolt on using the holes from the factory spoiler? I am considering getting one because they look awesome.

Did you have a 01-04 or 99-00? Did you like the look? I have only seen in them pictures. Companies usually only take the most flattering pictures of their products. Thanks for the help.

01-04 and it was alright, but you better have some big meats on the rear and your car lowered.

They are supposed to be functional, but i doubt you will ever reach speeds neccessary to take advantage of any down force. At least not for extended amounts of time.
