Default pics...BBK springs on, now I need to work on the rear

Well, I've had them on a couple on months, so I'm looking at new shocks and struts. I've got the money for the bilsteins, so that's what I'll probably get. I don't take the car to the strip, but that's only because there isn't one around here. I'm interested in improving cornering and cutting curves. I'm looking at working on the rear suspension now, and here's what I'm hearing I should look at so far:

subframe connectors...a must
lower control arms...another must
panhard bar...good idea
upper control arms...can't hurt
torque arm bar...can't hurt
tires...can't go wrong with good tires

Is that a good start or did I leave out anything important? I've also been hearing that Maximum Motorsports is the place for suspension, any more suggestions or advice?
