Best Pony too get!!!!
Hey guys, this summer I plan on purchasing a stable mate for my other pony and needed some advice! Im going off to wonderful college yea right! Should I go for the 05 GT or should I wait for the Cobra GT 500 come out? Im scared of the high demand and rariety of the car and the $$$$, Im looking for a pony that is quick, I will do slight mods but money will be tight due to being in college. Mybe 03,04 Cobra, or 04 Mach 1? Are the Saleens and Roushes worth looking at as far as performance wise? With the others what would you guys do? Please give me all suggestions! Thanks Phil,

I can afford a Car Payment thats how ! LOL But I made two threads not thinking I forgot cuz I wanted a poll and forgot to include it in this thread. Sorry, I already have a 01 GT with only 45k Just a garage queen. But I got a question If I was to purchase a rag top would the wind noise be alot worse than If i was in coupe? I would like to purchase a 04 Comp Orange! What price this summer should I look at for a 04 Orange coupe?

Ok, I did some math. If the cobra was $25k and you took out a loan at 6% interest for 60 months with $12k down (your old mustang, paid off?) It's only $251 a month. With 0 down it's $483. Now the MAX the cobra should be is 29k (comp. orange verts are RARE) with the same figures and $12k down it should be, $329 a month. And again with 0 down, $560. I would say it's possible (if you have a down payment). The insurance is going to KILL you though. I would suggest the car and insurance goes under the parents name to save you some $$.
Yes, the vert does have quite a bit of wind noise especially after 90ish.
