Default Breaking in Nittos???

i just got in an arguement about nittos with a friend, he said that nittos need to be heated up once installed meaning do a good burnout with them to break them in... well i remember reading somewhere that NITTO heat cycles the tires before shipping them.... and something about the molecular bond of the rubber anyways... whats the deal??? whose right?
