Anyone know for sure no doubt if i need o2 extensions for O/R H pipe on a 2004 gt?
O/R pipes require MILs, not extensions. The O2 extensions are for catted mipipes so the sensors can reach the bungs. If you get a catted midpipe, you will need the extensions.

Thanks for letting me know. I heard some rumors about 04's needing them.

Nope, only need extensions to use a Catted Midpipe. The MILs just plug right into your O2 sensors.
