I had both of them installed at the same time so cant help you out there. If you want a quiet exhaust thats fairly loud at WOT, go with the powerflos. If you want a fairly loud muffler thats also very deep go with the II's. I'd say go with the II's but Im slightly biased, its all up to what you want man. Good luck

I have a Magnaflow O/R X pipe and magnaflow catback. My car is very quiet at highway speeds. I usually run about 85 MPH on the Interstate, and at 3k rpms (because of my gears) my car is nearly silent. It's kinda weird, but I guess it hits the Magnaflows dead spot or something.... Meanwhile it absolutely screams at WOT. Idle is a nice quiet rumble just louder than stock and it sounds great around town. Not really loud unless I get on it. If you want louder get the Magnapacks. They are LOUD.

I have an SLP on mine with a stock h-pipe. Sounds fairly loud around town but on the highway at cruising speed it is pretty quiet. Doesn't have the so called "drone" that a flowmaster has. Although flows are a great sounding setup.(imo)
