Catbacks are not interchangable on the 03/04 cobras due to the irs.

Ya but it's not worth the price, by the end of the day, you'll be paying what you would have spent on a new blower.

I agree that someone needs to make an affordable intake manifold for the 2V that uses the cobra's eaton M112

As far as fitting cobra parts onto a GT, well I've got Cobra brakes on mine right now. Name a cobra part and we can tell you what else you need to make it work. Any part can work if you've got the right supporting mods.

96-98 had solid rear, 99-04 have IRS.

Midpipes work for both GT and Cobra models throughout the years 96-04. Catback changed in 99 (IRS v. Solid Rear)

Gears are the same (8.8 Rear), brakes are upgraded, but its a fairly simple conversion to go to Cobra spec (new rotors and calipers basically).

Judging by your year (97) the only real mods you can use that will interchange w/ Cobras is the midpipe, catback, and underdrive pullies. The intakes are different (single v. twin bore throttle bodies, as well as a different cold air setup) so that just takes that right out of the picture.

Basically, there isnt too much that you can swap between the 2v and the 4v, especially when you get into the more recent years.
