I definitely noticed better throttle response with my Accufab 75mm TB/Plenum combo.
The TPS on the TB can be tricky...it's very easy to break it, so be careful. You'll need a volt meter to make sure the TPS is properly calibrated when you re-install it. If you break it once, don't bother buying another one and trying again, seriously, you'll just break it a second time. Nurse the pony to a shop if that happens, lol. Just my 2 cents.
