Either one will work fine, it's up to you if you want to spend the $$. I have an aluminum flywheel and haven't experienced any problems.

Yeah, can anyone chime in about the way the aluminum flywheels do on the street? I keep hearing people say they make the car hard to drive, but I also thought that the 03-04 Cobras came from the factory with aluminum flywheels. Opinions?

The aluminum flywheel makes the engine rev much quicker. They take a little getting used to in the street.
