Default RE: BFG DR's

I like my BFG's and they hook fine on the street ( after a little warm up). So far I have about 6000+ miles and I should be able to get another 4-5000 out of them. The Stang in my sig has seen a 1.58 60 foot on a BFG, so I would say that yes they hook at the track as well. Personally I don't care for Nittos UNLESS you have a pretty mild car that you drive all the time and want a tire that hooks better than a regular radial. Cost wise I think they are pretty close, remember to compare the same size tire when you shop.

That's why I run Nitto's. [8D]

Nitto makes tires that aren't just DR's. My buddy runs them on the front of his Fox. Nitto 555's up front and BFG's out back. It looks ****ing amazing! He has the nicest Fox I've ever seen though, so that helps.

Nitto 555r's are the DR's.

It's also why your car blows the tires off if you try and launch above 2000 rpm
