Auto guys shift knob

RE: Auto guys shift ****
I've seen that, and it's pretty simple to do. I installed a ball style **** from UPR. It looks sharp and was cheaper than the ugly T-stylae MGW shifter handle. You just pull the stock one off. Pull hard, but be carefull no to pull the wires out of the button. Then you just pop out the OD button out of the stock handle and slide it into the new harness. You will have to cut and recrimp the wires, but it's really easy. I thought the exposed bracket looked cheap and stupid, so I bought a shifter boot to cover the thing up. I can still hit my OD button, but you can't seet it, and can't really tell its an auto. I wasn't trying to fool anyone, but I was tired of seeing those stupid green PRND21 lights at night[:@]. It looks real sharp. I'll post pics in a bit. But really, it's pretty simple. The hardest part is getting the stock handle off.
