Twin screws will not make as much power as a Procharger, and they cost more, but do make alot more power at lower RPM's...

Why pay another 2 grand for the same if not more power is my argument...

Get the Procharger
Since your engines internals dictate that you can't make more than 450 hp at peak RPMs, the extra 2 grand will give you plenty of extra power throughout the RPM band. The lower RPMs with a pro-charger feel like stock and the top power potential of the pro-charger isn't significant since KBs can still go well beyond your engine's potential.

The only way that you'll really appreciate this is to actually drive cars with both types of blowers. You can clearly feel the difference between the two.

ok, I guess i am looking for your guys opinion again then. As of right now I have no plans to rebuild the engine, so in your opinion is a kb worth the extra money over a centrifugal since my peak power is 450. Personally from what I have heard, it definately sounds like the way to go for my particular situation. Again I want to thank you guys for your input.
