not so sure about going for the cobra, its a little thing called insurance. I would say dont sell unless you get a good good offer. Low miles> couple of years

99-04 The Newer PI's heads will help you acheive it faster and cheaper! Less Parts to buy! Because you already start out 260! Get a 99+ And do Catback, CAI, Chip

ehh I retract my prrevious statement, 99-04 are nice but I'm gonna just wait on that. My 96 is in mint condition (not anything wrong with it, no scratches no nothing). It would probably sell for maybe 6000. Then the hard part would be finding a 99-04 GT in good condition for around 8 or 9k. They usually go for higher. I'm probably gonna keep mine, just mod it out. I figure I'll have it through college, then I'll store it and rebuild the engine etc. later on in life. I do like the 99-04 it's just hard to find one in as good a condition. I considered going to a steelership and trading mine in and financing one idk about that though.

+1

with college, g/f, job .....i want to save money too....i goin to store it and i figure about 2030(year) i will have a sweet 1996 GT vert with a mean KB on top of it.[8D].

...still not bad to play around with for now

lol exactly, I mean people buy older cars, I think it'd be nice to have my first car, especially a mustang which has not only value b/c its a mustang, but a value of that it was my 1st car and I loved it. It's always nice to see older cars in good condition around.
