I got springs (H&R Supersports) ~260

Foxbody shocks/struts ~105

Granatelli U/L CA's ~160

So without the control arms, thats between 350 and 400. Dropped my car about 2" in the front and 1.5" in the back. I'm very pleased. Me and my buddy did the install.

you can without them for a few months, but after a while your ride will get bad... i have eibach sportlines and they drop it a good 2".... I would go with HD Bilstein Shocks/Struts if I were buying now... but the shocks/struts alone are close to $500... so maybe not for you... thats what i would do

i found a deal on my eibach pro-kits for about $175. ford racing makes a pretty cheap set of springs i think. both of those will drop it over an inch...but not too much that you would need new shocks/struts right away.

i have had car lowered close to 2 years and the ride has not gone bad. it will ride a little harder when you lower it, but that is all i have noticed.

i also used the CCP's.

From a performance standpoint, I really like the FRPP c-springs. But they didnt give the look i wanted. couldnt have been more than an inch in front or back.

2 inch drop with no caster/camber plates... big risk of the car not being aligned correctly and tires wearing down really quick... 2inch drop i must insist that you get caster camber plates + new shocks/struts.
