Default Control Arms install?

Anybody how long it would take a professional to install upper and lower control arms?

That job is cake, you could buy tools and a Sears floor jack and do it yourself, for the money they will charge you. If you are interested, post again and I'll outline the job.

Hey John,

Did you get the headers on your car yet?

Default RE: headers

Chris,
I'm working on them, manifolds out, I'm waiting for better gaskets, new Ford manifold nuts, and I'm trying to get Ford to pick up a new H pipe, mine rattles. Chris, if you are shopping for those mid length headers, try onother brand than BBK, I wasn't impressed with the amount of weld in the header flange. Choked the openings down to 1 3/8", two hours with a die grinder, good as new. Look into JBA, I hear they make nice stuff. I can't wait to fire it up, I put my panhard bar setup in too, can't wait to carve up these VA mountains, steering with the back end.

I have a full tutorial for this job + shoscks, struts, springs. I did it myself in about 6 hours with handtools, that's the CA's, shocks, and struts. It's easy. I took breaks for food and tv If you plan on doing it yourself (no need to waste money paying someone to do it) then PM me your email addy and I will send you the tutorial.
