What kind of synthetic motor oil should I use in my Stang? I believe many of you use Amsoil...right? If I get that, what is a good price and where should I get it?

Also, which oil filter should I use?

Thanks everyone

to get amsoil you will have to get it through a private dealer. look in the business white pages, and you will find plenty dealers under amsoil. ide also get an asmoil filter.

Here's an interesting link that compares oil filters from different manufacturers that somebody did.

Kind of makes you think twice about some of the popular filters brands you hear about.

I use Amsoil. Some automotive stores are dealers, so you might get lucky if you look hard enough. The filter is Amsoil SDF-11. I am getting ready to go get my oil changed right now as a matter of fact.
