where are the coils on a 99 GT??

oh not suspension coil, ignition coils. bc i am trying to change spark plugs and i went to follow the lines to the plugs and i cant find either.

If you have plug wires, which I don't think you do, I think your year has individual coils. each coil is held in with an 8mm bolt, remove bolt and wiggle coil pack upwards. The coil pack/plugs are on the edge of the intake, near fuel injectors.
