03 grey, even stage 2 might be a bit much, most people with cams say to stick with stage 1's, 2000GT4.6 has stage 2 cams and regrets getting them, there a bit much, check the cam sticky at the top to learn more, i just remember him saying if he would do it over again he would have gotten the stage 1's
+1, for a bolt on car, I recommend Stage 1's.
any brand recommendations for stage 1 cams?

There is a guy on a board I moderate on that has Stage 1's and he's putting down right around 292rwhp. I posted a clip in the 4.6 section. As far as mine, they lope ALOT and you shake, rattle and roll at stoplights. I am just about at the limit of streetability with my set up.

Go with VT stage 1's if you plan on a bolt-on car thats a dd. That's what I am doing, with ported and polished heads and FULL bult-ons, you could see 300rwhp.

Id like to see atleast 300 rwhp...just with bolt ons and tuning...after I pay off school and save up, then ill mess with the bottom end and possibly go with a garret twin turbo set up...
