93 fox shocks fit 04 mustang?

i have a friend that is selling tokico illumina shocks that came off a 93 mustang. he claims that they will fit if my car is lowerd. is he right? i am also new to this forum so sorry if its a dumb question. thanks!!!

I am using 94-95 spindles and 87-93 V8 struts, no proble, the only difference between the 87-93 strut and the 94-04 strut is that the 94-04 is longer, therefore, the 87-93 works better on lowered cars
