RE: i have a 03 Cobra....
yes your car is a beast. and they respond to mods very well. if you get a midpipe catback, intake, tuner and a smaller blower pullie. you will see and very nice improvement over stock. that exhaust combo should sound pretty good. i dont have a cobra so thats all i can say.

2 years before any mods, wow.
On exhaust, go with the sound you like.
For pulley mods, there are several to choose from, one with an idler. Most important is to get it tuned at the same time you do the pulley, I mean Dyno tuned. These engines are beasts but, they are also very sensitive to lean conditions (very small piston to cylinder wall clearance). There are several hand held tuners you can use i.e. SCT and Diablo.

RE: i have a 03 Cobra....
There are several pulley combinations out there, to make the most HP out of the pulley, you need to get a heat exchanger, especially if you plan on doing 100+ MPH sprints in the car, you will be buying a new shortblock if it do it too many times. The heat exchanger is under $300 bucks so it's no big deal.
DON'T USE A HANDHELD TUNER and expect your engine to be fine. So many 03/04 users do this and install the 'pulley' tunes that they can get and end up running pig rich or extremely lean & then taking a ride to the bank in a Cab for a 6k loan for a new shortblock.
