Hey man, sarcasm aside. Did the PVC do OK with the engine temps? or did you use CPVC? I am considering to make a CAI with different materials, but I am concerned with the heat?

Thanks.

Maybe because your clutch belt is getting worn out... Or maybe you should refill your blinker fluid....

And people wonder how I have 1000 posts in one month....
I have yet to see you make a worthwhile post.

cpvc only goes to 1" plus PCV is Poly Vinyl Cloride CPVC is Clorinated Poly vinyl Cloride. That makes it drinkable. I used schedule 40 PVC and haven't had any warp.Probably before its over since this whole CAI was an experiment I will change it to schedule 80,plus its already grey PVC is rated for 140 degrees at 150 psi. sch 80 is 200 degrees at 200 psi. I made a template with pvc fittings then heated my bends so it does look good. I still say the secret is: developing good positive pressure on the inlet side of the TB 2 massive air available since its 3"from the K & N to the TB. Im tellin ya the freakin car flys.
