its a head that they started to put on the 99 mustangs. Its adds the 50 or so hp that the new mustangs have over the old. if you have a 96-98 mustang you can make it faster just by switching the heads.

Ok, let's get some facts straight here guys... 99-00 Gt's have windsor model heads which have 13/14 valve cover bolts... 01+ have romeo models (just like 96-98) and have 11 valve cover bolts.. So if you do not want to buy new valve covers, buy heads from 01+.
