Default My Stang, to gut or not to gut

Maybe this could be in another section, but I have a 4.6 and this is kinda about the 4.6 or Stangs in general. First off, is it easy to remove the rear seats or not? I was thinking about kinda guttin my car, well really just removing the rear seats and the spare tire and whatever else I could remove that would help reduce my cars weight, but also be able to be put back in whenever needed. With the fiance and I just buying a house and all, I'm not gonna be modding as soon as I hoped because of all the necessities we have boughten and still have to buy. So doing alittle weight reduction is free and it kinda helps out the times alittle bit. .1-.2 seconds. Both my fiances car and mine have over 70,000 miles on them and I'm sure her Celica will outlast my car, so I figured hers could be for daily driving and a grocery getter, and mine could be for the street/strip and cruisin with only 1 passenger. Road trips we might take my car, but it all depends. Any info on this subject please leave an opinion and how to's. Thanks.

I saw a how to on it once but can't find it. It seems really easy. The trickiest part looks like hitting both releases on the front of the seat cushions. If you put a flathead screwdriver in between where the carpeting meets the seat, right in the middle there is a post. On that post is a release that you have to push in like a button. It's not something that you need a ton of effort to depress. It should lift up and then do the other one. From there it's pretty simple and they have rear delete kits pretty cheap.
