Default o/r h vs or/x

evrybody say's you lose low end tourqe with x was just wondering if anybody has numbers between the two for comparison.

Pro Chamber! IMO.

and yes H is little better for LOW end.
X is little better for TOP end.

H is deeper sound.
X is higher/hollow sound.

The difference is very minimal and something that you are not going to give you that SOTP feel.

I base it all on sound. Depends on what mufflers you have.

Base your whole exhaust system on sound.

The difference in gains between the different long tube headers, mid-pipes, and catbacks brands are very minimal.

I'd say go with an o/r h.....that's what i have and i love it, but i have a different cat-back than you....

Well the MAC catback is chambered, so personally I would go off-road X. I think it would really wake up the car. Not to say that the X wouldn't. The H is going to make it VERY DEEP.

Personally I am an o/r X kind of guy. Either is going to sound excellent.

X will probably be a little louder, especially at WOT.
H will definitely be deeper.

Either will sound great. Just try and listen to some clips, to at least give you an idea of what you want. Clips aren't the best, but its better than going in completely blind.

yeah i have listened to the clips but it's so hard to tell. i would really like to stand next to both in person. geuss i go with the h i found in cj pony parts for $124 and if i dont like it i'll sell it on classifieds and buy x. after all it's only money right.
