Lame, does your car still feel like it's bogging today?

No, not that I noticed, but I didn't get on it at all. I was driving like an old lady. I'm too discouraged and sad to give it any throttle. I'll go back out tonight before class and see how it feels again. It just felt like it was missing some Ummph or something... Once I cleared 2nd gear it felt normal though. I'm really confused as to what happened.

Possibly...does the DR set weigh more then your street set? If so it could be due to that...and if you dont have a stall converter to take advantage of the extra meat you could just be hurting your time out of the hole? I'm just speculating, hope it helps.

no shift kit yet... I'm holding the brake to stall at about 1200 rpms. Any more and it breaks loose. The car just seemed like it was horribly loose all the way through 1st. After I hit 2nd it seemed fine...

most likely that is because you had got the RPMs up in the power band and the shift to 2nd did not drop back down out of the power band. Unless you have the power way down at that 1200 RPM, it is better to spin some to get the RPMs up to the power band. Stall converter would make a difference.

I'm not an expert on auto's or anything, i've never even raced one at the track, but i'm willing to say you definatly need a higher stall to take advantage of the bfgs.
