Just bought a 02 blk gt w/34,000mi. It has flowmaster mufflers with larger tips installed and the air silencer is removed that's it. I have an extra $500 to spend (need to buy quick wife is going out of town sat.) what would be the best option for performance or sound. I'm not sure with only mufflers welded in if a x pipe would be any help. Thanks for your help..
My X pipe I bought fit perfect into place with the flowmasters all ready on mine. It is a badass sound too.

Definently go with the MGW shifter. As for the speedo, you need a tuner or speedo recal.

Okay I think what I'll do is get 4:10 gears, something for the exhaust and in a couple weeks get the MGW shifter. You guys have been a big help. Now all I need to do is decide what gears and what I need to do for the exhaust thanks

Go with FRPP or motive. Do not get richmond. Everyone with richmond complain because they whine.
