Hiss when accelerating?

When I try to accelerate I hear a hiss, and to be honest I have no idea what it could be. It all started when I took my car to ford for the body cleaning and trans fluid flush (no time to do it myself). I tried to listen from under the hood, and I don't really hear anything differnet. I made sure the stock CAI was correctly in place, as well as the filter.

Please help!

i'm thinking there is a vacuum leak somewhere. you can take it back to the dealership and tell them their mechanics screwed up.

when I put in my K&N gen 2 I got the same problem but added with all of the other mods it sounds like a blow off valve I'm not complaining...

now I am complaining... I figured out what my problem was.... the heat sheil was rubbing on the a/c line due to vibration and made a decent size leak in it... It's coming out soon anyways so I don't care... but you guys might.. check the space between you a/c line and your heat sheild

It does have a stock CAI, but it has a K&N filter.

I doubt that could be it though since I never heard of it before, and plus I had that filter in there for at least 6000mi. Unless my body was soo dirty that I couldnt hear it....
