i only plan on 350 whp through a 50 shot of nitrous and 1st gear lockout so i will only be pushing 290 to 300whp out of the hole so do i really need a new posi?

RE: TWO STEP + SLICKS = ????
what would i need to get my car to pull a 1.6-1.7 60' time? would slicks do it? i am assuming if i go with slicks i need like a new posi unit and also some axles... would that be all i need to get that time? i think if i can get that i can break very low 12's or maybe 11's......

RE: TWO STEP + SLICKS = ????
The red car in my sig pull 1.58-1.60 times all the time, thats on a BFG drag radial. It has after market control arms, 4.10's, and a mini spool but the axels are still stock. Granted this car is pretty light (3175 w/driver) but I don't see why a mildly built car on slicks won't do the same thing. Most people are scared to really launch thier car, the red car launchs at 4800 rpm, on slicks I would leave at 5000+
