if i keep it then i will probably never get rid of it and just start rebuilding it, new paint, fresh engine, all the right stuff to make it a grear weekend warior

Alright so you have 198k on it but it still looks clean as hell. I dunno...I still say $3750 is too low unless you really need the money badly.

198 isn't alot unless you are burning oil...are you?
My neighbors 97 is over 300 and purrs...
I would keep it or atleast hold out for more money. Replacement engines for these cars are easily obtained for @ $1200 (pi engines) so if you need a refresh its not that expensive...plus your color is a low production and with some tinted windows and black FR500's would look super sweet.
