Seat Belt Bunny Ears

I was looking at a tutorial on how to remove the seat belt holder things last night but now i have no clue where it was at..can anyone help me?

thanks i got them off, but my headrest dont lean forward so it took a while to unscrew each screw with a pair of pliers and the star shaped piece
