$10,000 to spend....what should I do?

I have an 04 GT vert....and I have 10 grand to spend on it....I have been doing a lot of research on getting a Kenne Bell 2.2 put on it at Kennedy's Dynotune near buffalo,ny....seeing how its the only reputable mustang shop in all of upstate NY....i think? Anyways...the KB blower...also I want to have the motor rebuilt with all forged internals...so I can run more boost without blowing the s*** out of it...seeing how there's a limit on what you can do on a stock block....i would also like a beefy cam/head combo....now i knowall thiswill cost more than what i got....ideas/opinions are appreciated...anyone who had something similar done...share there experience....the cost/quality? what should i anticipate?

Forged internals, ported heads, blower cams, and that KB you said about. You could have very very big power. If it's stock then you'll need some better exhaust also, that can push out all that fuel/air thats coming in.

cobra fuel tanks, fuel pump, 31 spline axles, eaton posi, cobra brake kit...you can buy a whole engine combo from someone with a forged shortblock and ported heads and just add a nice set of blower cams.

Start with the forged motor, then decide on which power adder you want. If you want a KB bigger than the 1.7/2.1, you'll need a new hood. I'd personally get a cowl. If I had a forged motor I'd get a 2.6.

For both the motor and the kb, it'll probably be more then 10k. Have fun man.

Or you could get a 302 stroker and a vortech/procharger/paxton.

If you are going K/B forged internals you want the 2.6H. If you really want to go all out get in touch with the folks at MPH they will put on a 2.8H with H/P as much as 920+.
