Your stock MAF WILL tap out and so will a Lightning 90mm MAF. I have an SCT Big Air 2800 that is only at like 63% duty cycle @ 7000rpm 13ish psi (only did this for tuning). If you get that it takes the place of the IAT sensor as well.

you think the newer lmaf will max out? how much power do you see me making? I was thinking about 380rwhp er so.

Also does anyone know what size pulleys make what psi on a 03 gt with stock crank pulley?

Well.... I got it all for $1200, the guy was pretty firm on his price. Here are some pics of what I brought home tonight.

We made a deal that anything I can use off the car that wont keep him from putting it back stock I can have. I'm going t swap him injectors... it has the green 42 lb? injectors and a PRO Meter mass air... I have no idea about the mass air.. anyone heard of "pro meter:"?

Also if someone with an intercooled procharger system has some pictures of how everything is ran it would be verrrrrrrrrry helpfull. Or a link to instructions maybe?

I'll get everything else tomar...

pay no attention to the turkey foot in the tool box

so far as the tune, you should try to find a shop that will give you a tune on a handheld like the xcal 2. Then, you can go pickup the tuner, install your blower, download the tune, and then DRIVE IT EASY to the shop. If they can't get the tune close enough that it will start and run to the shop, you don't want them tuning the car anyway.

You might even call MPH and see if they will just send you a tune via a xcal 2 for a price if you haven't got a tuner shop setup already, the tune they sent me was dead on the first time.

I have an Xcal II ... I guess I plan on just hauling it to http://speedydyno.com/

They charge $175 per hour, I figure it'll take 2 hours probably ... right?

2000GT4.6.... .any advice on pumps?

The 90mm Lmaf will NOT tap out on a stock shortblock car... it comes on a 450 horsepower blown 5.4L...

If your tuner can't tune your 400~ or hell even 500~ WHP car with teh Lmaf you need to find a new tuner, either he doesn't know wtf he is doing or he is soaking you for the price of an expensive aftermarket MAF.

I am sure MPH will have one to sell, its not on the website but 1/2 the stuff they have isn't (I dunno why).

call em at (770) 591-0000 or go to www.modularpowerhouse.com and join the forum. Its sometimes hard to get em on the phone, they are usually busy in the shop, but keep trying or leave a message and they will call ya back.
