Default lowering springs

thinking of getting class c ford springs for a 1996 gt do i need to get CC plates and do i need to get shocks/struts???

No on the C/C plates. If you have factory struts/shocks it would not be a bad idea to replace

definitely get shocks and struts. you call will ride horrible lowered on stock shocks/struts.
