By the way, did you ever find out if its a s281sc or s281e? If its an E, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

I only paid 24.5k for my Termy about 2 months ago with 16k miles. And it was almost flawless.

Depending on where you are, and time or year... the price will change. A lot of the Terminators this time of season are a few grand more expensive... that's just the reality of the market... my car which i bought for 23k in October, the guy has another one with more miles going for 29k... so...

But you can have a Saleen, a Roush, etc., but they won't be worth really much more then a regular GT... because the ones that are worth more are the actual Production cars... the Mach 1, Shelby, FR500 and the Cobra even though they're more plentiful will be worth more then any Roush or Saleen in any condition... because it's built by Ford and not by Roush, Saleen, Steeda, Ronaele, etc.

the blower on tha saleen is a m90 so if you ever wanted to increase the horsepower of your car the m90 on the saleen is already pretty much out of breath. then if you wanted to replace the m90 any more horspower is gna destroy your shortblock. sooo if i were gna kick 25 to 30 grand on a mustang it better be an 03 04 cobra. also ive seen some pretty cheap mach 1s and as long as its manual it already has a forged crank. this way you could have some forged rods pistons installed and go your own route.

Not on a 2004. The M90 is a Eaton Roots supercharger which came on the pre-03 saleens. Both the 03-04 s281sc and s281e had twin screw blowers. The s281sc came with the Series IV, and the s281e with the Series V. Both are better than the M90, but the Series IV kinda sucks.

Nasty, again my insurance went up 10 bucks a month when I first got my Cobra - now my insurance is lower then it was on the 2004 GT I had before this....

The probably with the Saleens, and the Roushs, etc. (with the exception of the 281E) is that they're all stock blocks with the same crappy internals the GT has... with the same crappy tranny... you really are stuck not doing many more mods before you blow something... but that's just my opinion... I would get a Ford only product, everything else is overpriced because your paying for the name.... Cobra, GT, Mach 1... I would leave it to those.... go buy a 03 Mach for high teens, put a 5k procharger on it and call it a day...
