Unhappy No headlights

Hey everyone. I've just joined the forum in the hopes that someone here can help me out.

I have a 2004 Mustang GT.

I went to drive to work tonight and my headlights have stopped working. Neither the highs or the lows work, and flash to pass don't work either. Directional and fog lamps work fine. All interior lights are working fine. Could this be a fuse, or am I looking at having to mess with the switch? (I've never had to do an electrical on this car, and it's really not my strong suit.)

Thanks in advance!

-Jay

if electrical isnt your strong suit, take it to a shop. its all electrical diagnosis. Could be a fuse, relay, main switch, multifunction switch...etc..

Thank you for your reply! It turns out that the previous owner had installed HID headlamps. When the battery died it fried the modules for the HIDs. I bypassed them and rewired the OEM lamps and all is well!
