If you use a mach 1 hood then it looks pretty good. The plastic piece that cdc makes to go on the stock gt hood looks like poo.
I like the CDC set up personally, it dosn't look too bad. They say you can't use a Mach 1 hood for this scoop set up though, as I thought about getting a repro Mach 1 hood.

Theres a website that sells a shaker setup that works with the mach hood. I've heard one person that got the CDC setup that said the overlay piece flew off while on the highway.

I really doubt the applique piece flew off without actually seeing it happen or pics of the after math of it.
The damn thing is bolted down with like 8-9 screws!!

He must have doing 130+ with a strong headwind,a loose front applique corner, and missing most of its attachment screws for it to come off.

I just got my CDC Shaker hood scoop set up tonight and I'm pretty impressed with it, it just screams muscle car.

IMO I really like the looks the applique, I like the true MACH 1 hood, but it is too humpy for me.

This one is more smooth, lower profile, and looks more muscle car like and is what I'm after in the look of my car.

I'm looking forward to doing this one.

+1 on the pics.I'd love to get that setup but unfortunately a little too high for my price range.

Let me graduate next semester then it will not be.
