my friend was driving my car back for me while I was getting eye surgery and decided to go for a little joy ride. It started to rain and he lost control of the car in a turn ( downshifting for whatever reason ). After he stopped spinning an SUV hit my car in the right front. Crushed the wheel in and the door. Thankfully the window was up. I was able to get the car back to my garage very carefully but there it sits. He contacted my insurance and his insurance. He also blames my tires (street radials) but the police only cited him for losing control of the vehicle. What happens now???

He is basically taking no resposibility. I have to go get the police report tomorrow and I'll see what it says. My biggest issue is who is gonna pay for it, cause it sure as hell isn't gonna be me. Also does he have a case with the street radials?

That could be a turn for the worst. She could be overweight, bad built and one of those girls who actually want you to have your way with her. Those 3 combinations = catastrophe. Plus, there is not 1 piece of *** out there that will make up for someone else wrecking my ride.

As stupid as this sounds..... I think you are screwed.

This same thing happend to one of my other friends.... Only it was an 03 Cobra.....

One of my freinds told another one the he could take it for a spin down the street and back... He misshifted and overreved the engine which blew it.... I know its not wrecking it but its causing damage.... But since he had permission to drive it the owner was left with all the damages and there was nothing he could do about it.

yeah but I didn't give him permission to be where he was at. He was allowed to go back to O'Riely to get a part for his truck and then back to my garage. He was in the next town over. Plus he got a ticket.
