Got 4.10's installed

My brother got his 4.10's installed last Friday. Now his speedometer is off, can he fix it with his SCT tuner. He plans on getting it dyno tuned can he fix it then.

If he doesn't fix it soon, the mileage will rack up quick on the odometer.

I know they can fix it when he gets it dyno tuned
