intake manifolds
 
Whats the scoop on the trick flow intake manifold is it good?

Also how about the typhoon intake manifold?

and which intakwe manifold do yo have. And lets get a scoop on other intake manifolds with specs and whatnot.

Im unsure of other intake manifolds brands other then the p-51.

aftermarket intakes are good if you are running spray or boost. hp gains are small for the price. check out 5.0 mags site and mm&ff for dyno numbers look under tech.

I have the Typhoon intake. Seemed like a good pice, and was the only option for me when my stock intake cracked, other than the P-51 (which would have cost me about $1,300 at the time).
The Typhoon bolted right up and I have had no problems at all with it. Don't feel like a gained or lost any performance, but at least I don't have to worry about the intake cracking again.

$800 is a bit much for an intake. Depending on what plans you have for the car, a typhoon intake will be a nice improvement over stock.
