LS1? LS1's are 346's and came in 98+ not 88
read the post...he says it has a 357(what ever the hell that is) motor in it...

Mild cam isnt very descriptive, but most likely he is probably quicker than you. Could be a close race, so race him and find out.

He tells me he put a 357 in it i never heard of it , but what i dont understand is there was three people in a 98 3.8 camaro(auto)with flowmasters and only lost to the trans am by 2 1/2 car lengths. Race was 0-90mph.

Plus my car weighs about 3257lbs. The trans am has a curb weight of 3600. He claims 3700 because of the t-tops and other ****.

some of thoseold gta trans amwas fairly fast stock14.1-14.2 and it depends all on if he has aftermarket heads on it.357 is a 350 thats is bored over .40-.50
