Default tuner questions

i just got a sct x3 tuner for mycar today, uploaded the tune that came with it, but i didnt see where i can change my speed limiter or gear size..anyone have ideas? And does anyone have tips on what to do with it, or just leave it with the tune it came with

Uploading the tune won't automatically adjust those parameters. You need to go in and do it manually. Your instruction manual is your friend in situations like this. Good luck.
