Default New Purchases

I recently purchased, well like yesterday, a high flow catted SLP x-pipe setup and professionals products 75mm TB and Plenum (figured good idea since im putting my supercharger back on lol). i was wondering how long i should put aside for both to be installed(i will be doing the install) and yes i order the o2 extenders since my car is an 04. how does the high flow setup sound with the loudmouth 2s?

Dont know how long to install but the exhaust will sound great. Even better if you went offroad although it may be not as much of a hassle if you dont. (black crap on the bumper and tips, emissions)

The SLP X-pipe is modular. It allows you to removed the cats whenever you want to.

i tried putting a UPR o/r x on my 04 gt and had trouble with the lower passenger side bolt. i was on my back in my garage on a 30 degree day so i threw in the towel until spring time and when a lift becomes availible. if you have enough swivel sockets (that one bolt is at a weird angle and tight spot)and can get your car high enough the x shouldnt take you long and the TB and plenum is only an hour or two i would estimate.

You could put both of those on in under and hour and a half. Easy as cake.

Wait till you get the LT's if you have the money. How long for the S/C goes back on? I think it would be awesome to drop all those on in about a week, get that biotch dyno tuned and you'll have a COMPLETELY different car!

midpipes are a pain in the *** i stripped the passenger side header bolt and caused a lot of problems. id say for the midpipe 1-2 hrs and the plenum and tb 20-30 minutes its pretty much a straight swap. be sure to disconnect the battery when u install the midpipe i didnt and almost got shocked cuz my wrench hit the starter
