Default Do I use current side scoops or purchase new ones?

I had the side scoops stolen off of my 03' Mustang GT. A friend purchased some side scoops for me off of ebay but they are a different style of scoop that I don't particularly care for. I had planned on buying the 01 bullitt delete kit scoops thinking they would be less noticeable to thevies (I don't want to get them stolen again). But when I called to get an estimate on how much it would cost to paint them I was told 50 to 70 a piece. Now I'm wondering with the cost if I should just stick with the scoops my friend bought me or get the less noticeable ones. Any opinions?

I would just use what your friend got you. 140bucks to get some scoops painted seems a little high to me, dont think it would be worth it.

Leave the scoops off of it and get the holes filled...i like the scoopless look. It gives it a retro feel. looks like the old 68's did. Itd be some more money but the look would be awesome.
