Being generous... 6 for the intake 25 for the full exhaust
260 * .2 = 52
260-52 = 208
208 + 31 = 239 to the wheels...

thats not 260 rwhp tho. hes talking about to the wheels, which is after the 20% drivetrain loss in this case, as its an auto. 260hp= 208rwhp

Wow I had no idea the difference was that high. I have an 04 GT Automatic I am trying to work on I thought I was pushing more hp but I guess not. I seriously have no idea what to do to my car anymore. California sucks.

Procharger makes a 50 state legal supercharger for the 04s. Thats your best bet. Be careful with the other kits, they are only legal from 99-03.
